产品概述
胰蛋白酶(Trypsin)是一种丝氨酸水解酶,它能把多肽链中赖氨酸和精氨酸残基中的羧基侧切段,水解细胞间的蛋白质,破坏细胞间的连接,从而使组织或贴壁细胞离散成单个细胞。
重组胰蛋白酶消化液是普诺赛技术团队在长期的细胞研究过程中针对一些严格要求使用无动物源性胰酶消化液的细胞或组织的消化研发出的温和消化酶。与传统的胰蛋白酶消化液相比,没有任何动物源成分,能够完全替代猪源及牛源胰蛋白酶在细胞消化领域的应用。

产品特性:
1、低内毒素,无细菌、真菌、支原体、噬菌体等污染;
2、无动物源成分;
3、属于温和消化酶,消化中对细胞损伤最小;
4、适用于原代干细胞消化。
注意事项:
1、本产品经0.1μm过滤除菌;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、本产品为浓度,可以直接用于消化细胞;
4、本产品不建议直接置于37℃预温,否则胰酶的活力会有一定的损失;
5、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
