产品概述
平衡盐溶液(Balanced Salt Solution, BSS)也叫生理溶液(Physiological Solution),是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的,具有维持渗透压、保持pH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用,可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红,用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
台氏液英文全称Tyrode's solution,属于平衡盐溶液的一种,主要由NaCl、KCl、NaH2PO4、MgCl2、CaCl2、NaHCO3以及葡萄糖等组成。台氏液(Tyrode's Solution)常用于哺乳动物肌体灌流、组织清洗,特别适用于离体肠肌实验并维持离体肠肌的正常生理功能。

注意事项
1、本产品为即用型,经0.1 μm过滤除菌,可直接使用,使用前无需稀释或过滤除菌等任何处理;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、由于台氏液(Tyrode's Solution)中含有钙镁离子,易产生少量沉淀,一般温浴后沉淀即可溶解;若沉淀较多且又无法溶解时,请放弃使用;
4、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
