产品概述
平衡盐溶液(Balanced Salt Solution, BSS)也叫生理溶液(Physiological Solution),是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的,具有维持渗透压、保持PH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用,可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红,用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
克-亨氏液英文全称Krebs-Hensleit's Solution,是由著名生物化学家Krebs和其学生Hensleit共同研制的一种平衡盐溶液,其成分主要包括NaCl、KCl、KH2PO4、MgSO4、CaCl2、NaHCO3以及葡萄糖。克-亨氏液(Krebs-Hensleit's Solution)适用于哺乳类动物的各种组织,常用于离体气管条以及离体心脏或肝脏的灌注。

注意事项
1、本产品为即用型,经0.1 μm过滤除菌,可直接使用,使用前无需稀释或过滤除菌等任何处理;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、由于克-亨氏液(Krebs-Hensleit's Solution)中含有钙镁离子,易产生少量沉淀,一般温浴后沉淀即可溶解,若沉淀较多且又无法溶解时,请放弃使用;
4、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
