细胞简介:
小鼠肺大动脉内皮细胞分离自肺大动脉组织;肺大动脉亦称肺动脉干。在呼吸空气的脊椎动物中,把静脉血由心脏导向肺脏的动脉。肺大动脉起于右心室,在主动脉之前向左上后方斜行,在主动脉弓下方分为左、右肺动脉,经肺门入肺。肺动脉干位于心包内,为一粗短的动脉干。起自右心室,在升主动脉前方向左后上方斜行,至主动脉弓下方分为左、右肺动脉。左肺动脉较短,在左主支气管前方横行,分二支进入左肺上、下叶。右肺动脉较长而粗,经升主动脉和上腔静脉后方向右横行,至右肺门处分为三支进入右肺上、中、下叶。细胞呈单层多角形铺路石状分布;该细胞在维持血管内外的动态平衡、合成和分泌细胞因子和介质、维持凝血和纤溶的动态平衡中起重要作用。肺大动脉内皮细胞呈单层多角形铺路石状分布,该细胞在维持血管内外的动态平衡、合成和分泌细胞因子和介质、维持凝血和纤溶的动态平衡中起重要作用。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肺大动脉内皮细胞采用胰蛋白酶-胶原酶联合消化法结合差速贴壁法、并通过内皮细胞专用培养基培养筛选制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肺大动脉内皮细胞经CD31免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 PLL(0.1mg/ml)或明胶(0.1%) 培养基 含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-M011 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 内皮细胞样 传代特性 可传2-3代 消化液 0.25%胰蛋白酶 小鼠肺大动脉内皮细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
