背景描述 | UMR-106细胞是注射放射性同位素磷(32P)诱导产生的可移植性大鼠骨肉瘤克隆建立的细胞系。UMR-106细胞对PTH、前列腺素及破骨甾体有响应。UMR-106细胞对PTH的响应度比相关细胞株UMR-108要高;蛋白激酶C的活化抑制ATP诱导的胞内钙水平的升高。起始骨肉瘤和克隆株UMR-106细胞都是T.J.Martin建立的。 |
