  4. 细胞简介:

    人甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞分离自甲状腺组织;甲状腺是脊椎动物非常重要的腺体,属于内分泌器官。在哺乳动物身体中,它位于颈部甲状软骨下方,气管两旁。甲状腺表面有结缔组织被膜,表面结缔组织深入到腺实质,将实质分为许多不明显的小叶,小叶内有很多甲状腺滤泡和滤泡旁细胞。甲状腺控制使用能量的速度、制造蛋白质、调节机体对其他贺尔蒙的敏感性。甲状腺依靠制造甲状腺素来调整这些反应,有T3和T4。这两者调控代谢、生长速率还有调解其他的身体系统。T3和T4由碘和酪胺酸合成。甲状腺也生产降钙素,调节体内钙的平衡。其中,甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞(也称为滤泡细胞或主要细胞)是在甲状腺细胞是负责生产和分泌甲状腺激素,甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)。

  5. 方法简介:

    普诺赛实验室分离的人甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞采用胰蛋白酶-胶原酶混合消化法结合差速贴壁法,并通过上皮细胞专用培养基培养筛选制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

  6. 质量检测:

    普诺赛实验室分离的人甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞经TG(甲状腺球蛋白)免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

  7. 培养信息:

    包被条件鼠尾胶原Ⅰ(2-5μg/cm2)
    培养基含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等

    消化液0.25%胰蛋白酶

    人甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
