细胞简介:
小鼠肝实质细胞分离自肝脏组织;肝脏是身体内以代谢功能为主的一个器官,并在身体里面起着去氧化、储存肝糖、分泌性蛋白质的合成等作用;肝脏也制造消化系统中之胆汁。肝脏是机体内脏里最大的器官,位于机体中的腹部位置,在右侧横隔膜之下,位于胆囊之前端且于右边肾脏的前方,胃的上方。肝脏是机体消化系统中最大的消化腺,为一红棕色的V字形器官。肝脏是尿素合成的主要器官,又是新陈代谢的重要器官。肝脏在机体位置和形态结构:肝脏位于右上腹,隐藏在右侧膈下和肋骨深面,大部分肝为肋弓所复盖,仅在腹上区、右肋弓间露出并直接接触腹前壁,肝上面则与膈及腹前壁相接。肝实质细胞是指具有肝功能的单位,是肝脏的基本组成单位之一。肝实质细胞与主要病生理变化:急性肝炎、肝硬化、肝脓肿。肝实质细胞属于中高度分化细胞,生长营养需求高,在体外存活时间短;细胞呈圆形或多角形,核大而圆,居中,常染色质丰富,部分有双核或多倍体核。肝脏作为体内重要的器官,在整个物质代谢过程中具有广泛而多样的作用。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肝实质细胞采用混合酶灌流消化、反复低速离心制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肝实质细胞经Cytokeratin-18免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 鼠尾胶原Ⅰ(2-5μg/cm2) 培养基 含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-M033 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 上皮细胞样 传代特性 可传1代,不建议传代 消化液 0.25%胰蛋白酶 小鼠肝实质细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
