细胞简介:
小鼠肠巨噬细胞分离自肠道组织;肠道指的是从胃幽门至肛门的消化管。肠是消化管中最长的一段,也是功能最重要的一段。哺乳动物的肠包括小肠、大肠和直肠3大段。大量的消化作用和几乎全部消化产物的吸收都是在小肠内进行的,大肠主要浓缩食物残渣,形成粪便,再通过直肠经肛门排出体外。肠道堪称身体最劳累的器官——每天不停地消化、吸收食物,以提供足够的养分,其实它的功能还远不止此——它还是机体内最大的微生态系统。巨噬细胞属于免疫细胞,有多种功能,是研究细胞吞噬、细胞免疫和分子免疫学的重要对象。巨噬细胞属免疫细胞,有多种功能,是研究细胞吞噬、细胞免疫和分子免疫学的重要对象。巨噬细胞较易获得,便于培养,并可进行纯化。巨噬细胞属不繁殖细胞群,在条件适宜下可生活2-3周,多用做原代培养,难以长期生存。巨噬细胞(Macrophages)是一种位于组织内的白血球,源自单核细胞,而单核细胞又来源于骨髓中的前体细胞。巨噬细胞和单核细胞皆为吞噬细胞,在脊椎动物体内参与非特异性防卫(先天性免疫)和特异性防卫(细胞免疫)。它们的主要功能是以固定细胞或游离细胞的形式对细胞残片及病原体进行噬菌作用(即吞噬以及消化),并激活淋巴球或其他免疫细胞,令其对病原体作出反应。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肠巨噬细胞采用酶消化法结合差速贴壁法制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肠巨噬细胞经CD68免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 培养基 含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-M048 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 巨噬细胞样 传代特性 属于终末分化细胞;属于不增殖细胞群 消化液 利多卡因(12mM) 小鼠肠巨噬细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
