细胞简介:
小鼠多巴胺神经元细胞分离脑组织;多巴胺神经元,即:胺能神经元,主要指含多巴胺的神经元,其细胞体主要分布在黑质、脚间核和丘脑下部等处。在这些区域多巴胺含量很高。多巴胺在机体内合成时以酪氨酸为原料。脑内的多巴胺主要是由黑质细胞来合成,这些多巴胺参与锥体外系统的活动,与躯体运动机能有密切关系。脑内多巴胺代谢失常时,可引起震颤性麻痹(帕金森震颤)。多巴胺(Dopamine),是NA的前体物质,是下丘脑和脑垂体腺中的一种关键神经递质,中枢神经系统中多巴胺的浓度受精神因素的影响,神经末梢的GnRH和多巴胺间存在着轴突联系并相互作用,以及多巴胺有抑制GnRH分泌的作用。中脑的神经原物质多巴胺(Dopamine),则直接影响人们的情绪。从理论上来看,增加这种物质,就能让人兴奋,但是它会令人上瘾。多巴胺在前脑和基底神经节(Basal Ganglia)出现,基底神经节负责处理恐惧的情绪,但由于多巴胺的缘故,取代了恐惧的感觉,因此有很多人的上瘾行为,都是因多巴胺而起的。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠多巴胺神经元细胞采用胰蛋白酶消化法、神经元专用培养基培养筛选结合化学试剂抑制法制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠多巴胺神经元细胞经TH免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 PLL(0.1mg/ml) 培养基 含B-27 Supplement、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-M207 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 神经元细胞样 传代特性 属于终末分化细胞;属于不增殖细胞群 消化液 0.125%胰蛋白酶 小鼠多巴胺神经元细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
