背景描述 | L6成肌细胞是由Yaffe从甲基胆蒽存在下大鼠大腿肌的原代培养物最初两代中分离得到。L6细胞在培养基中可融合形成多核的肌管和横纹肌纤维。L6细胞融合的程度随着代数的增加而下降;因而,L6细胞应冷冻于低代次阶段并周期性地重新克隆以选择融合能力强的细胞。如果让培养容器中的细胞长满,L6细胞的成肌组分将迅速耗尽。 |
