背景描述 | Beta-TC-6细胞来源于转基因小鼠中生长的一个胰肿瘤(胰岛素瘤),这种小鼠携带了大鼠胰岛素Ⅱ基因启动子调控的SV40早期基因的假基因结构。Beta-TC-6细胞包含大量的胰岛素和小量的胰高血糖素及生长抑素;Beta-TC-6细胞能响应葡萄糖而分泌胰岛素。 |
