产品概述
平衡盐溶液(Balanced Salt Solution, BSS)也叫生理溶液(Physiological Solution),是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的,具有维持渗透压、保持pH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用,可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红,用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
磷酸盐缓冲液(Phosphate-Buffered Saline,PBS)是生物化学研究中使用最为广泛的一种平衡盐溶液,主要成分为Na2HPO4、KH2PO4、NaCl和KCl。PBS缓冲液常用于组织块的漂洗、细胞的洗涤、细胞或组织的运输、其他试剂的配制以及作为细胞计数的稀释液等。

1、本产品为即用型,经0.1 μm过滤除菌,可直接使用,使用前无需过滤除菌;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、本产品为10倍浓度的PBS,请根据需要稀释后使用;
3、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗;
4、10× PBS在低温下可能会产生少量沉淀,一般温浴后沉淀即可溶解;若沉淀较多且又无法溶解时,请放弃使用。
