产品概述
平衡盐溶液(Balanced Salt Solution, BSS)也叫生理溶液(Physiological Solution),是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的,具有维持渗透压、保持PH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用,可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红,用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
Hank's平衡盐溶液(Hank's Balanced Salt Solution, HBSS)是细胞分离或培养中常用的磷酸盐缓冲液之一,主要成分包括NaCl、KCl、KH2PO4、Na2HPO4、NaHCO3、CaCl2、MgCl2、MgSO4和葡萄糖。Hank's平衡盐溶液常用于组织块的漂洗、细胞的洗涤、细胞或组织的运输、其他试剂的配制以及作为细胞计数的稀释液等。

注意事项
1、本产品为即用型,经0.1 μm过滤除菌,可直接使用,使用前无需稀释或过滤除菌等任何处理;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
3、由于Hank's平衡盐溶液含有钙镁离子,易产生少量沉淀,一般温浴后沉淀即可溶解;若沉淀较多且又无法溶解时,请放弃使用;
4、由于Hank's平衡盐溶液NaHCO3含量较低,不能用于5% CO2的环境,若放入CO2培养相,溶液将迅速变酸,使用时应注意;
5、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
