产品概述
MCDB是为特定细胞设计的低蛋白和无血清培养的培养基,MCDB 131是MCDB培养基的一种,是由Knedler和Ham设计开发出来的,最初用于培养人微血管内皮细胞(HMVEC)。MCDB 131培养基除用于内皮细胞外,还可用于其它细胞类型,如肝细胞、平滑肌细胞、心肌细胞等。
MCDB 131培养基不同于传统培养基之处在于,其含有微量元素、腐胺、腺嘌呤、胸腺嘧啶以及更高浓度的氨基酸和维生素,在使用时常与EGF、氢化可的松、谷氨酰胺以及低浓度血清搭配使用,血清的添加浓度须根据细胞类型而定。
