  4. 细胞简介:

    小鼠肺微血管内皮细胞分离自肺组织;肺是机体的呼吸器官,位于胸腔,左右各一,覆盖于心之上。肺有分叶,左二右三,共五叶。肺经肺系(指气管、支气管等)与喉、鼻相连,故称喉为肺之门户,鼻为肺之外窍。微血管内皮细胞密切参与包括再生、发育、伤口愈合等一系列生理及炎症反应。细胞呈梭形或多角形,形成单层后呈鹅卵石样或铺路石样排列。肺微血管内皮细胞构成半选择性屏障,该屏障对于肺气体交换,调节液体和可溶物在血液与肺间质之间的流动具有重要意义。

  5. 方法简介:

    普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肺微血管内皮细胞采用组织贴块法并结合内皮细胞专用培养基培养筛选制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

  6. 质量检测:

    普诺赛实验室分离的小鼠肺微血管内皮细胞经CD31免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

  7. 培养信息:

    包被条件PLL(0.1mg/ml)或明胶(0.1%)
    培养基含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等

    换液频率每2-3天换液一次
    生长特性贴壁
    细胞形态内皮细胞样
    传代特性可传1-2代
    消化液0.25%胰蛋白酶

    小鼠肺微血管内皮细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
