背景描述 | BHK-21 [C-13]的亲本细胞株是由I·A·Macpherson和M·G·P·Stoker于1961年3月从1日龄的仓鼠建立的。随后84天连续培养,仅中断8天进行冻存,通过单细胞分离建立了13号克隆,即BHK-21 [C-13]。BHK-21 [C-13]细胞可用作转染宿主,用于表达包含选择及扩增标记的DNA的载体。 |
