产品概述
EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)溶液是一种化学螯合剂,能够螯合Ca2+、Mg2+等二价金属离子,其溶液又称Versene液。由于Ca2+、Mg2+是细胞膜的重要组成成分,具有使细胞凝集的作用,因此EDTA可以破坏细胞间的连接,促使细胞离解成单个细胞。EDTA毒性少、价格便宜,使用方便,且不会破坏细胞表面分子,仅与Ca2+、Mg2+结合,所以适用于需检测细胞表面分子的细胞消化,也常与胰蛋白酶溶液按一定比例混合使用。

注意事项
1、EDTA不会被中和,消化下来的细胞要用PBS洗涤1遍,否则易造成细胞贴壁困难;
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染。
