产品简介
大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨诱导分化培养基专门为大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨诱导分化而开发,针对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的特性优化分化试剂的配方,可增加大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨分化效果。
本产品含血清成分,仅用于科研用途,不可用于诊断、治疗、临床及其他用途。

注意事项
1. 由于成骨诱导分化实验历时较长,请在配制及使用本产品过程中严格注意无菌操作。
2. 成骨诱导实验过程中,很难通过镜下观察/白光照片判断是否已经完成诱导,而孔板一经染色又无法继续诱导。因此建议“实验伊始,在另外的孔板上多做(1-3)份平行实验,或仅将‘正常诱导组’在另外的孔板上多做(1-3)份,以便诱导后期用茜素红染色来判断正式实验的诱导进度”。
3. 大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化添加物的颜色为白色至黄色,不影响正常使用;
4. 大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化添加物融化后有轻微白色沉淀,该成分为L-谷氨酰胺,可将成骨分化 添加物直接添加到基础培养基中,不影响正常使用。
5.血清离心:血清中可能会存在白色絮状沉淀物,这通常是胆固醇、脂肪酸酯以及一些蛋白质析出导致,属于正常现象,该现象不影响细胞的培养和诱导分化。若您欲去除这些絮状沉淀物,可以将血清分装至无菌离心管内,以400-600 g离心5 min,取上清液使用。但是我们不建议您以过滤的方法去除这些絮状沉淀物,一方面它可能会阻塞您的过滤膜;另一方面,过滤血清这种行为可能会导致血清中部分营养成分的流失。
