大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成脂诱导分化培养基专门为大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞成脂诱导分化而开发,针对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的特性优化分化试剂的配方,可增加大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞的成脂分化效果。
本产品含血清成分,仅用于科研用途,不可用于诊断、治疗、临床及其他用途。

注意事项
1.因为培养基的成分较多,请在配制过程中严格注意无菌操作。
2. A、B交替诱导是为了减轻A液中试剂对干细胞的影响,如果您的干细胞状态较好可在前7天先只使用A液进行刺激诱导(中途每2~3天更换新鲜A液),待脂滴快速出现后,再进行两种培养基交替诱导的操作。
3.血清离心:血清中可能会存在白色絮状沉淀物,这通常是胆固醇、脂肪酸酯以及一些蛋白质析出导致,属于正常现象,该现象不影响细胞的培养和诱导分化。若您欲去除这些絮状沉淀物,可以将血清分装至无菌离心管内,以400-600 g离心5 min,取上清液使用。但是我们不建议您以过滤的方法去除这些絮状沉淀物,一方面它可能会阻塞您的过滤膜;另一方面,过滤血清这种行为可能会导致血清中部分营养成分的流失。
