  5. 细胞简介:

    人牙髓干细胞分离自牙髓组织;牙髓组织位于牙齿内部的牙髓腔内。牙髓腔的外形与牙体形态大致相似,牙冠部髓腔较大,称髓室,牙根部髓腔较细小,称根管,根尖部有小孔,称根尖孔。牙髓组织主要包含神经、血管,淋巴和结缔组织,还有排列在牙髓外周的造牙本质细胞,其作用是造牙本质。牙髓因受到病源刺激物的作用不同以及机体抵抗力的差异,出现不同的病理变化,在临床上会表现为一系列不同的症状和体征。牙髓充血状况持续时间较长后,转化为急性牙髓炎症。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)来源于胚胎时期的中胚层组织,具有很强的自我复制和多向分化潜能,具有向脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞及肌细胞等多种终末细胞定向分化的能力,运用 MSCs来修复软骨损伤具有很好的应用前景,目前已能够从骨髓、脂肪、滑膜、骨骼、肌肉等组织以及羊水、脐带、脐带血中分离和制备间充质干细胞。

  6. 方法简介:

    普诺赛实验室分离的人牙髓干细胞采用胶原酶消化法、低密度稀释克隆制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

  7. 质量检测:

    普诺赛实验室分离的人牙髓干细胞经CD90免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

  8. 培养信息:

    包被条件
    培养基含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等

    换液频率每2-3天换液一次
    生长特性贴壁
    细胞形态成纤维细胞样
    传代特性可传3-5代左右
    消化液0.25%胰蛋白酶

    人牙髓干细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
