产品概述
平衡盐溶液（Balanced Salt Solution, BSS）也叫生理溶液（Physiological Solution），是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的，具有维持渗透压、保持PH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用，可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红，用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
D-Hank's平衡盐溶液是不含钙、镁离子的Hank's平衡盐溶液（Hank's Balanced Salt Solution, HBSS），是细胞分离或培养中常用的磷酸盐缓冲液之一，主要成分包括NaCl、KCl、KH2PO4、Na2HPO4、NaHCO3和葡萄糖。D-Hank's平衡盐溶液常用于细胞传代或组织解离前的洗涤、细胞解离液的配制、细胞或组织的运输以及细胞计数稀释液等。

注意事项
1、本产品为即用型，经0.1 μm过滤除菌，可直接使用，使用前无需稀释或过滤除菌等任何处理；
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作，避免污染；
3、由于D-Hank's平衡盐溶液NaHCO3含量较低，不能用于5% CO2的环境，若放入CO2培养箱，溶液将迅速变酸，使用时应注意；
4、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用，不用于诊断和治疗。
