人脐带间充质干细胞成软骨诱导分化培养基专门为人脐带间充质干细胞成软骨诱导分化而开发,针对人脐带间充质干细胞的特性优化分化试剂的配方,可增加人脐带间充质干细胞的成软骨分化效果。
本产品含血清成分,仅用于科研用途,不 可用于诊断、治疗、临床及其他用途。

注意事项
1. 因为培养基的成分较多,请在配制过程中严格注意无菌操作。
2. 成软骨分化添加物中含细胞生长因子,务必现配现用,配好的完全培养基必须当天用完。
3. 血清离心:血清中可能会存在白色絮状沉淀物,这通常是胆固醇、脂肪酸酯以及一些蛋白质析出导致,属于正常现象,该现象不影响细胞的培养和诱导分化。若您欲去除这些絮状沉淀物,可以将血清分装至无菌离心管内,以400-600 g离心5 min,取上清液使用。但是我们不建议您以过滤的方法去除这些絮状沉淀物,一方面它可能会阻塞您的过滤膜;另一方面,过滤血清这种行为可能会导致血清中部分营养成分的流失。
