注意事项 1.该细胞为IL-2依赖型细胞,实验室可以常备 IL-2,发现细胞状态不好,散在细胞变多,细胞不生长等情况,以 100U/mL 的浓度添加 IL-2,培养 2-3 天后状态会有改善;2.该细胞冻存后再复苏需要2周左右时间来调整状态,调整过程中细胞碎片较多,具体操作请咨询技术支持,在技术支持的指导下进行,且该细胞冻存条件为90%FBS+10%DMSO。
