| 背景描述 | JEG-3细胞是一株超三倍体人类细胞株。JEG-3细胞的典型染色体数为71，发生率为34%，多倍体率为2.6%。t(4;11)(p15;q13)，i(13q)，t(10p15q)，del(18)(q21)和6个其他标记在大多数细胞中常见，另有两个标记在一些细胞中可见，在一个N14和两个N22中可见大卫星。N2、N5和N9有4个拷贝，而N7、N13、N18、N21和X为单拷贝，Q-带检测法可以检测到单个Y染色体。 |
