背景描述 JEG-3细胞是一株超三倍体人类细胞株。JEG-3细胞的典型染色体数为71,发生率为34%,多倍体率为2.6%。t(4;11)(p15;q13),i(13q),t(10p15q),del(18)(q21)和6个其他标记在大多数细胞中常见,另有两个标记在一些细胞中可见,在一个N14和两个N22中可见大卫星。N2、N5和N9有4个拷贝,而N7、N13、N18、N21和X为单拷贝,Q-带检测法可以检测到单个Y染色体。
