背景描述 | ME-180细胞来源于一个细胞集落不规则没有显著角质化的侵染性鳞状细胞癌。单层培养的ME-180细胞间可以观察到带状连接,也注意到有细胞质张力丝。1970年,发现支原体污染并去除。TNF-α抑制ME-180细胞的生长;ME-180细胞含有人乳头瘤病毒DNA,与HPV-39的同源性高于HPV-18。 |
