| 背景描述 | L Wnt-3A细胞是由L-M(TK-)细胞用Wnt-3A表达载体转染并在含G418的培养基中筛选出的稳转株。Wnt-3A基因编码一个有变异的信号功效分泌性糖蛋白，Wnt基因控制胚胎发过程中的许多模式形成和生长事件。L Wnt-3A细胞分泌有生物活性的Wnt-3A蛋白，L Wnt-3A细胞是目前生产Wnt-3A条件培养基的最好来源。由于这种条件培养基还包含Wnt-3A蛋白外的其他因子，对于涉及Wnt-3A条件培养基的实验有必要用其来源细胞株作对照。 |
