产品简介
白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)是一种α螺旋状细胞因子,它的分子量为15kDa,是具有强大的免疫调节的淋巴因子,由 T 细胞响应抗原性或促有丝分裂刺激而产生。该淋巴因子可促进活化T细胞和相关细胞类型的长期生长。IL-2在NK细胞的激活和增殖中发挥作用、诱导γ-干扰素和B细胞生长因子的分泌,并调节IL-2受体的表达。此产品专用于NK-92完全培养基(CM-0530)。

产品使用方法
1、白介素 2(IL-2)溶解后进行短暂离心,将附着在盖子上的液体离下来。
2、按照 1:500 的比例,将 250ul 的白介素 2(IL-2)添加到 125ml 的 NK-92 细胞专用培养基中,配制成完全培养基。
3、配好的完全培养基放入2-8℃冰箱避光保存,一周内用完。
注意事项
1、本产品经0.22μm过滤除菌。
2、使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染。
3、白介素 2(IL-2)在−5~-20 °C下稳定,避免反复冻融。
4、白介素 2(IL-2)易降解,配好的完全培养基,应在一周内用完。
5、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
