背景描述 | SW-13细胞是于1971年8月从55岁的患有肾上腺皮质癌的白人女性患者中分离建立的。该患者的病理诊断为Ⅳ级肾上腺皮质原发性小细胞癌。电镜显示,SW-13细胞有许多球形缝隙连接(BGJ)。 |
