背景描述 NCI-H295R细胞是源于多能肾上腺皮质癌细胞系NCI-H295细胞,后者由Gazdar·A·F等建立,从肾上腺皮质的肿瘤中分离而来。NCI-H295细胞经改变培养条件获得了NCI-295R细胞,群体倍增时间从原来的5天减为2天。NCI-295细胞悬浮生长,而NCI-H295R细胞呈单层贴壁生长。NCI-H295R细胞保留了产生雄激素的能力,对血管紧张素Ⅱ和钾离子有反应。
