适用细胞:

肿瘤细胞、原代细胞及部分干细胞。


产品特性:

① 低内毒素,无细菌、支原体、噬菌体、病毒等污染;

③ 已通过本公司肿瘤细胞库中500种细胞系、400多种原代细胞的验证,细胞增殖速度快,状态良好,可放心使用。


注意事项:

1、产品验收:

① 血清内外包装均应完好,无破损、裂缝、溢渗等现象;

② 血清到货时应为冷冻或冰水混合状态,不应完全融化;

③ 若出现上述现象,请拍照取证后及时与我们联系,以便及时进行更换。


2、血清的解冻:

① 请在2-8℃环境中解冻,不宜在较高温度下进行解冻;解冻温度较高会导致血清浑浊,沉淀增加,品质下降;

② 血清解冻的过程中请不时摇匀(小心勿造成气泡),使血清成分和温度均匀,从而减少沉淀的产生;

③ 血清解冻后应尽快用完,尽量避免反复冻融;

④ 血清不宜在室温中长时间放置,使用后尽快放2-8℃中;

⑤ 高温解冻、剧烈摇晃、反复冻融、放置时间过长等,均会导致血清品质的降低。


3、运输及储存条件

运输条件:低温、密封、避光;

储存条件:贮藏温度≤-15℃,可保存5年以上;2-8℃存放时,请勿超过一个月。


FAQs:

Q1:如何解冻血清才不会使产品质量受损?

A1:① 将血清从低温冰箱取出后,先于2-8℃冰箱放置12-24小时左右使之部分溶解,然后在室温下使之全溶;但必须注意的是,溶解过程中必须规则地摇晃均匀。

② 切勿将刚刚从-20℃冰箱里拿出来的血清直接放在水浴中,无论室温的水或者37℃的水;因为在水浴中血清迅速融化,过大的温差变化(-20℃→37℃,温差为57℃)极其容易造成血清析出沉淀。

③ 血清应该置于-15℃以下保存;若一次无法用完一瓶,应该无菌分装,再冷冻保存,避免反复冻融。


Q2:血清中可能出现的沉淀物是什么?

A2:① 纤维蛋白,它是经常出现的较大的沉淀物,可以达到1-2mm,可以用肉眼观察到。

② 磷酸钙,它也是常见的一种沉淀物,通常会使血清出现浑浊,并且在37℃培养的时候会增加。这种沉淀物在倒置显微镜下观察像小黑点,这些小黑点由于布朗运动看上去可以活动,因此经常被误认为是微生物污染。

③ 胆固醇、脂肪酸酯以及一些蛋白质,它们也是血清中出现沉淀物的常见原因。关于细胞生长,我们的试验以及经验表明沉淀物不会影响细胞培养,我们的客户以及其它血清生产商也证明了这一点。


Q3:血清解冻后发现有絮状沉淀物出现,该如何处理?

A3:若您欲去除这些絮状沉淀物,可以将血清分装至无菌离心管内,以400-600g离心5min,上清液即可加入培养基内一起培养。 我们不建议您以过滤的方法去除这些絮状沉淀物,一方面它可能会阻塞您的过滤膜;另一方面,过滤血清这种行为可能会导致血清中部分营养成分的流失。


Q4:如何避免沉淀物的产生?

A4:温度过高、时间过久、摇晃不均匀等,都会造成沉淀增多;我们建议,如非必要,无须对血清进行灭活;若必须热灭活,应严格遵守56℃、30min 的原则,并随时摇晃均匀。


Q5:保存血清最好的方法是什么?

A5:需长期保存的血清必须储存于-15℃或更低温冰箱中;研究表明,储存在-80℃下的血清在性能方面没有任何变化,但解冻时巨大的温差会导致更多沉淀的产生,故不建议-80℃储存。血清在2~8℃冰箱存放时间切勿超过1个月;若一次无法用完1瓶,建议分装后保存,避免反复冻融。另外,血清结冰体积会增加约10%,分装时请预留一定的体积空间。
