产品概述
葡萄糖(Glucose, Dextrose)又称玉米葡糖、玉蜀黍糖,简称葡糖,是自然界分布最广最重要的一种单糖,其水溶液旋光向右,故亦称“右旋糖”。葡萄糖是细胞的重要营养物质,不仅是细胞能量来源的主要物质,还是细胞生物合成的重要物质,如糖蛋白、糖脂的合成。体外培养动物细胞时,几乎所有的培养基或培养液中都以葡萄糖作为必要的能源物质,而不同的细胞代谢特点不同,所需的葡萄糖浓度也有所差别,如神经细胞能量代谢以葡萄糖为主,需要葡萄糖的浓度相对较高,配制培养液时甚至要额外添加。
