产品概述
丙酮酸钠(Sodium Pyruvate)是最常见的丙酮酸盐,别名焦葡萄酸钠、2-羰基丙酸钠盐,分子式为C3H3NaO3,分子量110.04。丙酮酸钠(Sodium Pyruvate)是糖酵解的中间产物,可以直接进出细胞,是细胞代谢必需的营养成分,在没有葡萄糖的情况下,可以作为细胞的能量来源,是细胞培养常用的添加剂之一。虽然细胞自身可以产生丙酮酸钠,但有些细胞在体外培养时还需要额外添加丙酮酸钠,在克隆培养和降低血清浓度时也可添加一定量的丙酮酸钠,同时丙酮酸钠还有助于降低荧光物质引发的光毒作用。
