产品概述
氨基酸(Amino Acids)是蛋白质组成的基本单位,也是构成生命的重要成分。根据细胞自身合成的能力,可将氨基酸分为三类:必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸。MEM非必需氨基酸溶液(Non-Essential Amino Acids, NEAA)源自MEM培养基配方,包括L-丙氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-天(门)冬酰胺、L-天(门)冬氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-丝氨酸和甘氨酸7种非必需氨基酸,能有效改善细胞培养基配比,降低细胞培养时细胞自身生产非必需氨基酸的副作用,促进细胞增殖代谢,是细胞培养中常用的添加剂之一。
