背景描述 SW1116细胞CSAp阴性(CSAp-)、结肠抗原3阴性;SW1116细胞角蛋白免疫过氧化物酶染色阳性。癌基因检测表明,SW1116细胞c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、myb、sis和fos的表达呈阳性,未检测到癌基因N-myc和N-ras的表达。SW1116还表达肿瘤特异的核基质蛋白CC-4、CC-5和CC-6。
