背景描述 | LS 174T细胞是LS 180细胞的胰蛋白酶化变种。LS 174T细胞比亲本更易传代,像LS 180细胞一样生成大量的癌胚抗原(CEA)。电镜研究表明,LS 174T细胞有丰富的微丝和细胞质粘液素液泡。LS 174T细胞直肠抗原3阳性;p53抗原表达阴性,但mRNA表达阳性。LS 174T细胞角蛋白染色阳性;LS 174T细胞癌基因c-myc、N-myc、H-ras、N-ras、Myb和fos的表达呈阳性;癌基因k-ras和sis的表达未做检测。 |
