背景描述 NCI-H23细胞源于一位51岁患有非小细胞肺癌黑人男性患者的治疗前的肿瘤组织,表达C-myc、L-myc、v-src、v-abl、v-erbB、c-raf 1、Ha-ras、Ki-ras、N-ras RNAs;NCI-H23细胞携带K-ras 12突变;p53基因246位密码子突变ATC→ATG;表达PDGF A和B链的异源mRNA;表达TGFα、TGFβ和EGFR;角蛋白5、8和18阳性,波形蛋白阳性,神经丝蛋白阴性,左旋多巴脱氢酶阴性;据报道,NCI-H23细胞在软琼脂中形成克隆的效率为9.7%。
