背景描述 | NCI-H292细胞源自肺支气管黏液上皮样癌的淋巴结转移灶;先用成份限定的培养基分离得到,然后换成含血清的培养基培养。培养条件下,NCI-H292细胞保留了黏液上皮的特性,可从其超微结构的表现和多种鳞状上皮分化标记的表达而判断。NCI-H292细胞支持HBV的生长,左旋多巴脱羧酶阴性。NCI-H292细胞可以作为筛选模型,将人类亚基因组片段转染入细胞来研究HBV及其自身基因在病毒性肝炎和肝癌发生中的作用。NCI-H292细胞角蛋白、波形蛋白、黏液洋红染色阳线,但神经丝三联蛋白阴性。 |
