背景描述 | The SUM149PT cell line was developed from Invasive Ductal Carcinoma from a patient with ER negative, PR negative and Her2 positive (not activated) inflammatory breast cancer. The cell line is immortal and expresses luminal cytokeratins 8, 18, and 19, which is consistent with their origin from luminal breast epithelial cells. SUM149PT has been known to form tumors in nude mice. |
