注意事项 | 1.细胞贴壁慢特别是刚复苏时,一般两到三天贴壁展开,会有空泡;2.细胞在传代细胞中注意消散,不然难贴壁;3.成片状生长,细胞密度越大,表面空泡黑点越多;4.一般细胞长至80%传代,细胞成片,其实密度很大;5.细胞生长太满对细胞状态影响严重,传代后易碎,死亡;6.细胞生长时间越久,消化难度也会随之增加;消化到轻拍培养瓶侧边细胞可以滑落的时候可以终止。 |
