细胞简介:
人表皮黑色素细胞分离自皮肤组织;表皮位于动物皮肤的外层,由胚胎时期外胚层形成,具有抗摩擦和抗损伤的作用。表皮是皮肤的浅层结构,由复层扁平上皮构成。从基底层到表面可分为五层,即基底层、棘层、颗粒层、透明层和角质层。黑色素细胞是皮肤产生和维持色素的主要细胞,起源于神经嵴,后逐渐迁移到表皮和毛囊。黑色素细胞的异常或功能的失常导致了一系列难治性色素性疾病的发生,如白癜风、黄褐斑等。表皮黑色素细胞主要分布于位于表皮的基底层,与表皮细胞共同组成表皮黑素单位,其主要功能是产生黑素小体保护皮肤免受损害。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的人表皮黑色素细胞先中性蛋白酶消化、后胰蛋白酶 - 胶原酶混合消化法制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的人表皮黑色素细胞经S-100免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 培养基 含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-H108 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 梭形、多角形 传代特性 可传1-2代 消化液 0.25%胰蛋白酶 人表皮黑色素细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
