细胞简介:
人脂肪间充质干细胞分离自脂肪组织;脂肪组织主要由大量群集的脂肪细胞构成,聚集成团的脂肪细胞由薄层疏松结缔组织分隔成小叶;贮存的脂肪,在需要时可迅速分解成甘油和脂肪酸,经血液输送到各组织以供利用。它们影响胰岛素敏感性、血压水平、内皮功能、纤溶活动及炎症反应,参与多种重要病理生理过程;脂肪组织已由过去单纯作为能量储存的器官而成为一个极其重要的内分泌系统。脂肪组织中也存在一些干细胞群,具有自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,被称为脂肪组织来源的间充质干细胞,简称脂肪间充质干细胞。与骨髓间充质干细胞相比,在来源、细胞群特点以及分化潜能等多方面极为相似。但是,脂肪间充质干细胞更易获得足够数量的细胞,且获取过程中对机体损伤更小,是更为理想的自体干细胞源。脂肪组织分离得到脂肪间充质干细胞以梭形为主要形态,BrdU可标记其细胞核。

方法简介:
普诺赛实验室分离的人脂肪间充质干细胞采用胶原酶消化法制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/瓶。

质量检测:
普诺赛实验室分离的人脂肪间充质干细胞经CD29或CD90免疫荧光鉴定,纯度可达90%以上,且不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌等。

培养信息:
包被条件 培养基 含FBS、生长添加剂、Penicillin、Streptomycin等 产品货号 CM-H202 换液频率 每2-3天换液一次 生长特性 贴壁 细胞形态 成纤维细胞样 传代特性 可传5代左右;3代以内状态最佳 消化液 0.25%胰蛋白酶 人脂肪间充质干细胞体外培养周期有限;建议使用普诺赛配套的专用生长培养基及正确的操作方法来培养,以此保证该细胞的最佳培养状态。
