推荐换液频率 2-3次/周
注意事项 耐药株生长速度慢,1:2传代一周左右可以再次传代,细胞形态比较梭长。当细胞生长速度过慢时,可以采用以下方式进行扩增培养:用含低浓度药物的培养基连续培养2周,期间根据细胞密度,需要传代时,传代处理。待细胞状态恢复后,提高培养基中药物的浓度进行培养,此时梯度加药,每个浓度培养一个代次(即持续培养到长满传代,即换下一个浓度),之后细胞状态没有问题的话,持续用加药培养基进行培养即可。
