产品概述
胰岛素(Insulin,INS)是由胰岛β细胞分泌的一种双链形式(α, β)的多肽激素,是目前已知的机体内唯一降低血糖的激素,也是唯一同时促进糖原、脂肪、蛋白质合成的激素。转铁蛋白(Transferrin)是体液中不可缺少的成分,不仅参与铁的运输与代谢,参与呼吸、细胞增殖和免疫系统的调节,还能调节铁离子平衡和能量平衡,更具有抗菌杀菌的保护功能。硒以亚硒酸钠(Sodium Selenite)提供是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和其他蛋白的一种辅因子,在培养基中用作抗氧化剂。
ITS-G 溶液最初与 RPMI 1640 和最低必需培养基 (MEM) 配合使用,现在通常与其他基础培养基配合使用,以在存在 2-4% FBS 的情况下支持多种细胞类型。
ITS 以Earle平衡盐溶液(EBSS)配制。武汉普诺赛生命科技有限公司提供三种不同的ITS,即:常规通用的ITS-G、用于贴壁细胞培养的ITS-A,以及适用于需要氨基乙醇的细胞(如支气管上皮细胞)类型培养的ITS-X。
