产品概述
平衡盐溶液(Balanced Salt Solution, BSS)也叫生理溶液(Physiological Solution),是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的,具有维持渗透压、保持pH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用,可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红,用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。
DPBS全称Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline,中文名称杜氏磷酸缓冲盐溶液,是生物化学研究中常用的平衡盐溶液之一,主要成分包括NaCl、KCl、KH2PO4、Na2HPO4等。根据是否含有钙镁离子将DPBS分为两种,与常规PBS不同的是DPBS磷酸盐的含量稍低。DPBS主要用于胚胎学方面的研究,多用于胚胎的漂洗液,冻存液和培养液。此外,还可以在DPBS中加入葡萄糖、丙酮酸钠等,以更利于培养物的生长。
