产品概述

多聚-L-赖氨酸 Poly-L-LysinePLL)是由赖氨酸单体聚合而成的多聚阳离子,有左旋和右旋两种同分异构,常用左旋的,即PLL。相对分子量为70,000-300,000PLL可作为细胞培养的生长基质,能够促进细胞粘附和贴壁,是细胞培养中常用的细胞粘附剂。多聚-L-赖氨酸 PLL)一般常见的分子量有70,000-150,000150,000-300,000>300,000,分子量越大,黏附力越强,但相对完全溶解较困难,细胞培养中一般常用分子量150,000-300,000的多聚-L-赖氨酸。

使用说明(细胞培养)

1、稀释:用无菌纯化水或PBS溶液9:1稀释该多聚-L-赖氨酸溶液至工作浓度(0.1 mg/mL),稀释的多聚-L-赖氨酸溶液在2-8℃中保存至少3个月有效。

2、包被:放入 37℃培养箱,静置包被 30-60 min以上,注意无菌操作。吸出多聚-L-赖氨酸(建议丢弃;也可留存下次继续使用,建议重复使用不超过3,多次使用会增加操作污染概率),将培养瓶盖好,放入 37℃培养箱或 4℃冰箱,保持无菌即可;37℃静置 4h以上或者4℃冰箱静置过夜,包被完 成。

3、洗涤:取出包被好的培养瓶,在超净工作台内,用 PBS或培养基清洗 3 次。

4、细胞接种至包被好培养皿中。

5、次日镜下观察细胞的生长状态

注意事项

1、本产品经过滤除菌,使用本产品时应注意无菌操作,避免污染。

2、使用后的多聚-L-赖氨酸溶液若出现浑浊或污染要丢弃。

3、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
