检测原理 | WST-8 (2-(2-甲氧基-4-硝苯基)-3-(4-硝苯基)-5-(2,4-二磺基苯)-2H-四唑单钠盐),在电子载体存在的情况下,WST-8被线粒体内的脱氢酶还原生成水溶性的橙黄色formazan,生成的formazan的量与活细胞数量成正比,通过检测在450 nm处的吸光度,可以间接计算活细胞的量。 |
