背景描述 | RSC96细胞是原代培养的大鼠雪旺细胞经长时间培养后自发转化而成的。2002年12月提交到ATCC的RSC96细胞污染了支原体,RSC96细胞后代细胞通过BM细胞周期蛋白处理21天消除支原体。处理后6周,用Hoechst染色、PCR和标准培养测试进行支原体检测,结果都呈阴性。 |
