背景描述 NCI-H520细胞是由Gazdar AF等在1982年建系而来,源于鳞状细胞肺癌组织;NCI-H520细胞p53 mRNA表达水平较正常肺组织低,但是没有大的结构DNA的异常。NCI-H520细胞角蛋白、波形蛋白阳性,神经丝三联蛋白阴性;NCI-H520细胞在软琼脂中可形成克隆。
