背景描述 | 源自人肺腺癌,该肺组织仍处于分化状态。PC-9(以前称为PC-14)。PC-14 最初于1989 年作为源自人肺腺癌(未分化型)的细胞系存放在RIKEN生物资源中心。该生物资源中心通过短串联重复序列 (STR) DNA 分析发现该细胞系与 PC-9 相同,PC-9 是源自人肺腺癌(分化型)的细胞系。此错误识别发生在细胞系存放在 RIKEN 生物资源中心之前。细胞系的名称更改为 PC-9,以反映这一发现。 |
