背景描述 SW620细胞是从一个51岁男性白人组织中分离得到的,由A·Leibovitz等从一个淋巴结建株。SW620细胞主要由无绒毛的小园球细胞和双极细胞组成;SW620细胞仅合成少量癌胚抗原(CEA),在裸鼠中有高度的致瘤性。

The cells are positive for keratin by immunoperoxidase staining. The line is positive for expression of c-myc, K-ras, H-ras, N-ras, Myb, sis and fos oncogenes.
